Welcome to The Goondiwindi Plucked Duck BNS

The Goondiwindi B&S Ball, known as The Plucked Duck is a local fundraising event for the young and young at heart to get together for a fantastic night of live entertainment. Founded in 1992, 2010 brings us to our 18th Birthday!  So this year will be bigger and better than ever. High profile national and international bands perform, with crowds of up to 3,000 plus people. B&S Balls have long been an Australian tradition. Originally people from remote and rural areas come together for an great time, but these days, people from every background attend.

(yes, you Coasties, we know who you are…and we love you!!)

Goondiwindi Plucked Duck B&S  is one of the most famous and the most memorable B&S Balls in South Western Queensland.  New friendships are formed and old ones rekindled. The Plucked Duck is one event not to be missed. Goondiwindi B&S raises much needed funds for local charities and organisations as well as brings high profile bands to the bush.

Mission: To provide a great nights entertainment for all patrons and raise money for charity.
